SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
We exclusively use first class priority mail through USPS, depending on the weight of your product, on average you will receive your parts 1-3 business days after shipment.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Yes, both local or out of state / online customers will be subject to either sales or use tax on tangible products per the Ohio Tax Code. Some exemptions will apply, and can be handled on a case by case basis.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We avoid lengthy policy verbiage, and simply state that if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you have the right to return the product, within one week of receipt.
Do you refund?
If a return is initiated, the customer would have the product shipped back to Forge, at the customers expense. Upon receipt of the returned product, Forge would then refund the full amount of the order, in addition to the cost of shipping the customer assumed to return the product, within a reasonable cost of shipping.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card are all acceptable forms of payment.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Forge does not offer warranties on any of the prototype products they supply. A prototype is intended to be used as a proof of concept, and not necessarily as a final product. The vast amount of products that can be produced by our methods cannot be easily consolidated into a general warranty, and therefore we simply accept returns with no hassle.
